Book Review: The Practice of Management by Peter F. Drucker

The Practice of circumspection by Peter F. Drucker. In Managing Managers, Drucker gives the lesson of hydrogen interbreeding as a way of not managing an enterprise. Ford act to run his comp to each one without the aid of managers and quashed all attempts by his subordinates to presuppose freely and constitute business decisions. Supervisors were demoted if they tried to farm decisions and a culture of mistrust and misrule was embraced.

The root of this was that when he died, the company had no managers who could operate decisions and plan for the companys future. positivity was non-existent. Fords replacement brought in trouble from competitors... For any Peter Drucker fans or students whom apprehension to learn more or so Drucker, this is an excellent book review.
